Desperate times call for desperate measures. For the Arizona Cardinals, it’s desperation time after David Johnson hurt his wrist, could need surgery and will miss up to three months. Because of this development, Arizona is reportedly signing D.J. Foster off the New England Patriots practice squad.

Foster, 23, was an undrafted free agent last year out of Arizona State. He appeared in three games last season for New England, rushing for 24 yards on seven attempts. This preseason, Foster totaled 242 yards and two touchdowns touching the ball 43 times.
