Joel Embiid has been all about the process during his short career with the Philadelphia 76ers.
“Trust it” and “it will work” are a few things that come to mind here. Now that his Sixers have signed veteran guard J.J. Redick to a one-year, $23 million contract, they are definitely worthy of being in the playoff conversation.
And in reality, Philadelphia can thank Embiid for that.
He took to Twitter in an amazing way (per the usual) to post a photo of himself and Redick apparently attending a soccer game in Philadelphia.

Yes, Twitter Joel Embiid is absolutely perfect.
This could very well be seen as Embiid recruiting and closing the deal with Redick.
For his part, the former Duke standout also apparently believes that the Process itself is playing out right in front of our eyes.

With Redick in the mix, it would not be a surprise to see Philadelphia contend for a playoff spot this upcoming season. He’s the perfect veteran addition to an otherwise young, but talented squad. It should be a fun season in Philly.
