Report: Colin Kaepernick would ‘absolutely love’ to play for the Ravens

Colin Kaepernick

With training camps getting going around the NFL, former Super Bowl quarterback Colin Kaepernick remains unemployed. The highly divisive figure has not drawn much interest in the open market after he led a National Anthem protest last season.

That changed earlier this week when Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco went down to an injury that might cost him 3-6 weeks.

While Baltimore did sign a training camp arm, the team remains interested in Kaepernick.

And for his part, the quarterback would seemingly love to play for Baltimore.

At this point, Kaepernick cannot be picky. He has only visited with one team throughout the free agency process. And in reality, Baltimore would be a good fit for the quarterback. Whether that happens is anyone’s guess.

Kaepernick, 29, is coming off a 2016 campaign that saw him put up 18 total touchdowns compared to four interceptions
