LOOK JaVale McGee shows up to Finals wearing a Shaq hat

JaVale McGee trolls Shaq while taking part in some self-deprecating humor himself.

Golden State Warriors backup center JaVale McGee could play an important role in the Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Long a subject of “Shaqtin’ a Fool” segments on TNT created by Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal, McGee has found himself chastised for his awkwardness on the court.

Despite putting up a tremendous first season with the Warriors, Shaq and his buds have continued to dog McGee. Now, it looks like the center is firing back with an epic troll.

Here, you will see McGee sporting a Shaq hat as he entered Oracle Arena for Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday.

That’s just brilliant trolling. Not only is McGee making a point to Shaq, he’s taking part in some self-deprecating humor.

On a more serious note, McGee’s presence in this series could be an absolute boon for the Warriors. Thus far in the playoffs, the 29-year-old center is averaging 7.0 points while shooting an NBA-best 74 percent from the field.

This could be an indication that McGee himself will have the last laugh by the time the Finals draws to a conclusion, forcing Shaq to target someone else with his “humor.”
