The Portland Trail Blazers are in Minnesota for a road game against the Timberwolves Monday night, and players from both teams are concerned about playing conditions.
The court at Target Center is currently sitting on a sheet of ice, and moisture is a real problem.

The game has officially been delayed because of the condensation.

At this point there is no further information, but this situation bears monitoring. We know arena personnel will do everything in their power to get the situation under control, and in the end the final decision will come from the NBA, not the players or teams.
If the court continues to show signs of moisture, then a legitimate solution might have to be to postpone the game. These players are getting paid millions of dollars, and it’s just not smart to let them play on an unsafe surface.
