Finally, some good news on the injury front for the Los Angeles Clippers. According to head coach Doc Rivers, All-Star point guard Chris Paul has been medically cleared ahead of schedule and could return for Thursday’s game against the Golden State Warriors.
Doc said Chris Paul is medically cleared. He COULD play tomorrow but not yet decided. Doc said he looked good in practice.

Paul suffered torn ligaments in his thumb back in mid January and was originally expected to miss six-to-eight weeks after undergoing surgery.
Apparently, Paul’s rehab and recovery has gone swimmingly.
Currently at 35-21 on the season, Los Angeles sits as the fourth seed in the Western Conference. Though, only 3.5 games separate the team from Oklahoma City and the seventh seed in the conference.
Los Angeles has posted a 6-7 record in Paul’s absence and is currently in the midst of a four-game winning streak. If he were to go against the Warriors on Thursday, that would be a huge boost for the team.
