Chris Godwin is having a monster day for Penn State in the Rose Bowl against USC. His second touchdown reception of the day came on a 72-yard pass that looked to be broken up.

The Trojans were completely dominant for most of the game’s first half. But the Nittany Lions hung close and have completely taken the game over. Godwin’s touchdown put his team up 35-27.

Penn State intercepted a Sam Darnold pass on the next USC posession. Trace McSorley quickly capitalized on that with a three-yard quarterback keeper, putting the Nittany Lions up 42-27.

This touchdown reception was Godwin’s ninth reception of the day for 187 yards and two touchdowns.
