Los Angeles Rams running back Tre Mason is in hot water after being arrested in Hollywood, Fla. on Saturday.

According to WPLG Channel 10 in Florida, Mason has been charged with “resisting arrest, possession of cannabis, reckless driving and failure to register a motor vehicle.”

This is Mason’s first brush with the law since entering the NFL as a rookie out of Auburn in 2014. However, given the seriousness of some of the charges against him, he could be looking at some potentially stiff punishment.

In two seasons with the Rams, Mason has rushed for 972 yards and five touchdowns and has primarily been used as a backup.
