Hugh Freeze shared four incredible promises he makes to his players a couple of days ago. These aren’t just your average “we’re going to improve every day” type statements, either. He presented them to a group over the weekend to show how to “capture the hearts and minds of your players,” shared by someone who was at the event:

Freeze’s career as a college football head coach has taken off. In just his fifth year (fourth at Ole Miss) his Rebels had a breakout 2015 campaign, going 10-3 and knocking off mighty Alabama in the process.
Thanks to Freeze’s influence, the Rebels have been dominating in recruiting as well. They pulled in the No. 6-ranked recruiting class of 2016 (per 247 Sports), and you can bet Ole Miss will be one of the top teams in the preseason rankings heading into the upcoming college football season.
No doubt his strong recruiting has at least in some way been influenced by these promises. If he can continue to keep them in the coming years, then the Rebels will be a force to be reckoned with, not only in the brutal SEC, but on the national stage as well.
