WATCH: James Jones hauls in ridiculous one-handed catch in first game back with Packers

James made an amazing play on a pass from Aaron Rodgers in the first quarter on Sunday. His one-handed catch in the back on the end zone was a thing of beauty, and it put Green Bay up 7-3 over the Chicago Bears in the first quarter.

Jones was released by the Oakland Raiders, and the Green Bay Packers were only too happy to pick him back up. He played in Green Bay for seven years before leaving in 2014, so it’s understandable that he has some familiarity with quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

But this…this was something beyond familiarity—this was a special play by a man Oakland couldn’t find a spot for on the roster.

Here is the video of Jones’ phenomenal one-handed catch.

With Jordy Nelson out for the year after his ACL injury, Packers fans can count on many more opportunities for Jones to make big plays this year.
