If you watched the Golden State Warriors dismantle the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night in Oakland, something other than the final score caught your eye.
Long time New York Knicks fan Spike Lee was sitting court side for the game.
He even met up with first-year Warriors head coach Steve Kerr.
When asked by Kerr what he was doing there, Lee responded:
I haven’t seen a good game this year.
While that is true, Lee could have avoided the cross country trek by watching the Warriors play the Knicks at Madison Square Garden earlier this year. I guess even the biggest Knickerbockers fan needs a break from that team.
With their win Friday night, the Warriors improved to 48-12. Meanwhile, the Knicks are currently 12-48.
