Greg Hardy Earns $48,000 with Panthers Win

Carolina Panthers’ defense end Greg Hardy, who is currently on the commissioner’s exempt list, just made a cool $48,000 from the team’s win over the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday.

If the Panthers keep winning, Hardy will continue “earning” more money. Hardy is inactive while he is waiting for a jury trial after being found guilty for domestic violence by a district court judge. $48,000 is the amount of money each Panthers’ player made in their first round of the playoffs. A win by Carolina next weekend over either Green Bay or Seattle would see Hardy earning an additional $44,000. And if for some reason the Panthers wind up winning the Super Bowl, Hardy would get $97,000 for his share.

Thus far, Hardy has earned $11.6 million while sitting out on the commissioner’s exempt list. Talk about easy money.
