Houston Texans rookie Jadeveon Clowney was well known for making some electric plays during his South Carolina career. And the rookie No. 1 overall pick didn’t disappoint in his preseason debut against the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday evening.

H/T to Derrik Klassen for the find.

The play came against backup Cardinals tight end Darren Fells, who whiffed completely on the block. But it goes to show just how much of an athletic freak Clowney is. Unfortunately for second-year running back Stepfan Taylor, he found out the hard way. Clowney finished with just that one tackle in limited playing time.

Expectations are extremely high for Clowney, who will team up with the best player in the NFL in the form of J.J. Watt to form one of the most dominating defensive duos in the NFL.
