New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan, always a jokester in the press room, decided that it made sense to switch roles with the media. In Ryan’s post-practice press conference on Saturday, the head coach took a seat with the reporters and directed ESPN New York’s Rich Cimini to answer questions (via NJ.com).
He wanted to know what got Cimini started in the journalism world and provided some pretty awesome comments about how much he appreciates the media and the passion they bring to the table.
The press conference turned from hilarious to somewhat serious as Ryan made sure to explain his relationship with the media and the respect that he has for them.
