NFL Clears Path for Richie Incognito to Sign

The National Football League has cleared former Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito for a return to full regular season action. This means that the enigmatic interior lineman can sign with any team around the league and play Week 1.

Incognito was suspended the final eight games of last season after the bullying scandal that rocked the Miami Dolphins organization. The NFL then determined that the former Pro Bowler engaged in continual harassment of former teammate Jonathan Martin, who is now a member of the San Francisco 49ers.

This was the last hurdle that needed to be cleared for Martin to return to regular-season game action.

It was previously reported by Fox Sports insider Jay Glazer on Monday that Incognito will visit with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers, who parted ways with the injury-plagued Carl Nicks earlier this summer, have struggled a great deal along the offensive line. Adding the bullish (pun intended) Incognito to the mix would help big time.
