Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon just can’t seem to get out of his own way. Reports have surfaced that the enigmatic young playmaker was arrested on DWI charges early Saturday morning.

Gordon is currently facing a year-long ban for violating NFL’s Substance Abuse Policy. It remains to be seen just how much impact this recent incident will have on his ability to return to the league at any point in the future.
While no major news wire has picked up this report, it’s highly likely to be true considering the source. ESPN’s Adam Schefter chimed in on the incident minutes ago.

There is a chance that we have seen the last of Gordon in a NFL uniform. If so, this is the end of what was a promising career. For now, it’s important to reserve judgement until more information becomes available.
