Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey apparently doesn’t get it. Immediately after former Florida Gator teammate Aaron Hernandez was arrested on murder charges last year, Pouncey was seen wearing a “Free Hernandez” hat with his brother Maurkice of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
It now appears that Pouncey has a framed Hernandez jersey in his living room. As Deadspin pointed out, it might take Hernandez allegedly killing four people before Pouncey removes this piece of memorabilia from his house.

Remember, Hernandez was charged with two more counts of murder stemming from a homicide that took place in Boston back in 2012. This brings his total murder charges counts to three, bordering on alleged serial killer status.
Pouncey’s ties with Hernandez go back a long way. Massachusetts officials slapped Pouncey with a grand jury subpoena shortly after his Miami Dolphins defeated Hernandez’s former New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium this past October (via ABC News).
Maybe it’s time for Pouncey to cut all ties with a guy that could possible end up being found guilty on three different murder charges. In any event, maybe his PR person should be put on blast.
