Buffalo Bills Acquire Bryce Brown From the Philadelphia Eagles

The Buffalo Bills have acquire backup running back Bryce Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles in a draft day deal. Brown, who was a seventh-round pick out of Kansas State back in 2012, has put up over 1,000 total yards and six scores in two seasons with the Eagles.

Initially struggling with fumble issues, Brown found his way into the Eagles’ running back rotation. The talented young running back had himself an interesting college career, going from team to team, before finally ending up with the Kansas State Wildcats in 2011. He played just two games with them before calling it quits on his college career. Brown was a dynamic freshman for Tennessee in 2009, going for nearly 700 total yards.

This is an interesting move for a Bills team that already has C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson on the roster. Philadelphia reportedly acquired a 2015 fourth-round pick in the deal that could turn into a third rounder in 2016.
