Thankfully the entire Donald Sterling situation has not continued to cloud what has been an amazing NBA playoffs thus far. Commissioner Adam Silver banned him for life, pretty much ending the days of Sterling being featured on the 24-hour news cycle. That doesn’t mean that new opinions on the situation aren’t coming up.
Former Los Angeles Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda had some harsh words for Sterling friend, V. Stiviano, who he was recorded having that now infamous conversation with.
The surprise here is not that Lasorda has been friends with Sterling for 30 years and believes that the disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner shouldn’t have said those racist remarks. Instead, the surprise comes at the end.
I don’t wish that girl any bad luck, but I hope she gets hit with a car.
