The Most Expensive Baseball Glove Ever

We all dream of the finer things in life. That’s without question. And sports. Obviously. What happens when you combine the two? A Hermes hand stitched baseball glove, that’s what.

For those of you who don’t know what a Hermes bag is, well basically it costs the amount of a decent car, or about what Miguel Cabrera is making per at-bat this season. And they are so beautiful I can’t even begin to tell you.

According to bleacherreport.com, this flawless glove is made with gold swift calfskin, and took 25 hours to stitch.

How much does a glove like this go for? If you have $14,100 laying around, it’s yours.

For all of you hitters out there, Hermes is also seeling a wood bat made out of the same material around the handle. That’s a bit more affordable at $1,925.

Christmas isn’t coming up, but I can guarantee this will not be on your ladies’ list. And for you girls wanting to get a special gift for your man, stick to the usual. This glove doesn’t look like it could field a blooper up the first baseline.
