So, the news is out due to some ridiculous turn of events, the Philadelphia Eagles may be close to signing Mark Sanchez and if he passes his physical, he’s likely in. What better than to welcome Sanchez to the Eagles than for Nick Foles to pick him up at the airport, right? This photo just beams of Philadelphia brotherly love.
Well we can always dream that Sanchez arrived in Philly this way. Foles has got to be thinking what the heck, just like millions and millions of Eagles fans are right now.

The move Philadelphia made reminds me of a bad move in a chess match. One of their pieces, Vick, who’s kind of like a knight was acquired by the Jets, so the Eagles think they’re making a big play and take Sanchez, a pawn.
What’s next? The Jets strike back and steal the rook, DeSean Jackson, then the Eagles make a play for old Santonio Holmes, another pawn, who the Jets cut a couple of weeks ago? This is becoming quite entertaining to say the least. The Eagles definitely need to take some lessons in chess playing.
