On the Thursday Dan Patrick Show, the aforementioned host was speaking with injured Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Kobe Bryant when he inquired if President Obama could play for the Lakers, who are in the midst of one of their worst seasons ever.
“Yes, he could, actually,” Bryant responded. “That’s not a diss at the current roster that we have, but more of a sign of respect of the skill that the president possesses.”
Bryant compared President Obama to a left-handed version of Nate “Tiny” Archibald, who led the league in scoring back in 1973. No word from the White House whether we can start referring to the President as Barack “Tiny” Obama, or if only Michelle is allowed to do that.
