The Washington Nationals disappointed in 2013. Will the Nationals turn it around in 2014?  Today on the Sportsnaut Unfiltered podcast show TC and Matt are talking about the Nationals and whether Bryce Harper is the next Mike Trout or the next Ken Phelps. Today we scour the roster, unleash a lot of opinions, and make our Washington Nationals 2014 predictions.

Our Washington Nationals 2014 Predictions:

  • Stephen Strasburg will win more than 20 games this year.
  • Matt Williams will lead the Nationals to 95 wins.
  • Bryce Harper WILL NOT go 30/30 this year.
  • Listen to the show to find out the rest.

Also on the big show we’re riffin’ on the sports headlines of the day including Bob “Scooter” Costas headed to the bench at the Winter Olympics and who would you rather have: Cam Newton or Colin Kaepernick. Matt says he’ll stick with Robert Griffin III, yet if he had to choose one, he’d go with Cam Newton. TC meanwhile thinks Colin can’t win the big game, yet maybe that experience will pay off one day.
