If Carson Wentz is a man of his word, Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott will be making a nice deposit after Sunday’s walkoff 61-yard kick.
We’ve seen Elliott’s parents react to the monster field goal. But we’re guessing that Elliott will be more interested in what Wentz said just before the kick was made.

With Kamu Grugier Hill as a witness, that certainly sounds like a nice verbal contract from where we sit.
According to the NFL Network’s Mike Garofolo, one of Wentz’s game checks is worth just under $32,000. That kind of scratch can be very helpful to a rookie kicker.
