Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette donates $50,000 to Hurricane Harvey relief

Thanks to the efforts of Houston Texans pass rusher J.J. Watt, millions of dollars have been raised to aid the victims impacted by Hurricane Harvey.

Jacksonville Jaguars rookie running back Leonard Fournette just made a very generous contribution, along with posting this heartfelt message.

Every penny counts and Fournette’s donation will be highly appreciated. Fournette attended college at LSU and went to St. Augustine High School in Louisiana. So, he understands how daily lives can be turned upside down having dealt with the wrath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Fournette’s donation will specifically go to a fundraiser Watt set up earlier this week.

As of Wednesday afternoon, Watt had helped raise nearly $6 million. Fournette’s act of altruism helps a great deal here.
