Bucs HC Dirk Koetter sick of ‘Hard Knocks’ questions

Dirk Koetter isn't a fan of all the Hard Knocks questions

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are set to get their first national close-up with Hard Knocks on Tuesday night, but head coach Dirk Koetter is already over it.

Speaking with the media Tuesday morning, Koetter made it clear he’s already tired of the questions aimed at him about the popular HBO show.

That Koetter is tired of talking about something outside of football, per se, is hardly surprising.

Coaches generally aren’t too thrilled with the idea of a film crew detailing their every move (Hue Jackson actually campaigned against his team being featured this year). They’re also not happy about all the media attention that comes from hosting such an affair.

That said, there is a ton of buzz surrounding the Bucs this year. They are the sexy pick as the team to take that proverbial next step and potentially win the NFC South. With strong personalities on the roster, including young Jameis Winston, this is a team worth investigating in some detail.

Tune into HBO if you’ve got it Tuesday night. The first episode of the new season begins at 10 p.m. ET, and based on the trailers we’ve seen it’s going to be awesome.
