Minnesota Vikings cornerback Terence Newman — known for his love of red wine — offered a series of magnificent quotes discussing his pursuit of a title.

That is a series of quotes that should be framed.
The former No. 5 overall pick way back in 2005 is entering his 15th NFL season and his third with the Vikings. He previously played with the Cincinnati Bengals and Dallas Cowboys, the team that drafted him.
Throughout his tremendous career, Newman has sniffed the playoffs seven times but has only been a part of one team that won a single postseason game. That team was the 2009 Cowboys, who won their wild-card game before being dismantled by his current team in the divisional round.
Though he’s never experienced much team-wide success, Newman is a marvel. At the age of 38, he’s still better than most cover corners out there.
Hopefully for his sake, the Vikings can make a run at the Lombardi this year, especially since the Super Bowl is being contested in their home stadium in February.
