Report: Anquan Boldin to visit with the Bills

NFL free agents, Anquan Boldin

According to a report by ESPN’s Dan Graziano, free agent wide receiver Anquan Boldin is scheduled to visit with the Buffalo Bills on Monday.

Boldin, 36, said during the offseason that he planned to play in 2017. He also said that he wasn’t going to actively seek out work until training camp starts.

Boldin was an original second-round pick of the Arizona Cardinals from the 2003 NFL Draft. After spending seven seasons playing for the Cardinals, Boldin migrated to the Baltimore Ravens where he spent three years.

Boldin followed that up playing three years with the San Francisco 49ers. In 2016, Boldin suited up with the Detroit Lions. He put up a complete 16-game campaign and was a red zone viper, scoring eight touchdowns along the way.

Boldin clearly proved he still has gas left in his tank. The one-time Super Bowl champion would be a great asset to quarterback Tyrod Taylor should he and the Bills come to terms.
