By now, it’s pretty well understood that New York Giants head coach Ben McAdoo is a bit unconventional and sometimes needs things to be larger than life.
In a recent team meeting, he took his brand of unique weirdness to another level.
Ben McAdoo also told players the story of Frasier the Lion — a lion that was rescued from a circus and became a sex machine at an LA zoo.

McAdoo said the story of Frasier, the sex-crazed lion was specifically for his older players, "26 years old and above."

So, apparently he’s trying to tell his older players that they can all become sex-crazed lions…metaphorically (we hope).
The Giants have some very talented players on both sides of the ball. They are being picked by some to overtake the Cowboys in the NFC East (just don’t tell Dak Prescott) and make a deep run in the playoffs.
With that in mind, McAdoo is certainly free to use any and all metaphors to help his team achieve its goal. Even if he does get a little weird along the way.
