There has been a lot of speculation about why Amanda Nunes pulled out of UFC 213 following a hospital visit. Now we get to hear from the woman herself.
Nunes posted an explanation on her Twitter account Sunday morning. She says she suffers from chronic sinusitis, which can be very painful.

According to UFC president Dana White, Nunes was cleared by doctors to fight in UFC 213, but she obviously didn’t think it was worth the risk. While many might be upset she made this decision (especially those with a vested interest financially), her decision to abstain from fighting Valentina Shevchenko should be respected.
