Basketball fans were in rare unanimous agreement Friday night: Oklahoma City Thunder GM Sam Presti pulled off a heist. The Thunder brought in superstar Paul George for the low price of Domantas Sabonis and Victor Oladipo (more on the trade here). Apparently, some reported the robbery to the police, who responded in kind.
Thanks for the tweets reporting the "theft" of Paul George by @okcthunder.
Our investigative findings: totally legal & very savvy.

Thunder fans could have been rightfully angry at Presti over the James Harden trade a few years ago and the failure to re-sign Kevin Durant last summer. But that seems to have changed, and fast. After this caper, it’s fair to say that Presti is back in the good will of the Oklahoma City faithful.
