A San Antonio Spurs fan filed suit against the Golden State Warriors and Zaza Pachulia on Tuesday. On Wednesday, a Texas judge denied the request.

The suit, filed by Spurs fan Juan Vasquez, sought a temporary restraining order against the Warriors and Pachulia. It also sought financial damages and alleged that Pachulia’s foul on Kawhi Leonard caused “serious injury” to the Spurs, their fans and local businesses (more on all that here).

It was truly a ludicrous claim that exemplifies frivolous lawsuits in America.

Not surprisingly, State District Judge Norma Gonzales denied the temporary restraining order, per David Ibanez of ABC affiliate KSAT 12 in San Antonio.
