Teenage owner of Mo’s Bows lands NBA partnership deal

NBA

Most of us have no idea what we want to do with our lives when we’re 15 years old. This isn’t a problem for Moziah “Mo” Bridges, the 15-year-old owner of Mo’s Bows, a company that produces handmade bowties and neckties.

In fact, business is about to boom even more than it already has been, as Bridges just landed an NBA partnership deal to use the logos of NBA teams. Additionally, as reported by Jason Belzer of Forbes.com, his products will be set up for distribution through the company’s online store as well as retail outlets.

“Moziah’s creativity and entrepreneurial spirit are an inspiration, and we are thrilled about the launch of the Mo’s Bows NBA Collection,” said Lisa Piken Koper, NBA Vice President, Global Partnerships. “We are always looking for ways to diversify our merchandise offerings and cater to our fashionable fan base, and couldn’t be more excited that fans will have a fun and unique way to show support for their favorite NBA teams.”

Bridges has already been accustomed to the spotlight, having been a contestant on the ABC show Shark Tank, an ESPN correspondent during the 2015 NBA Draft and other high-profile honors. But this new deal with the NBA will catapult him to great heights as a burgeoning businessman. It’s also fulfillment of a dream that he’s had, which still includes graduating from college.

“My goal has always been to make Mo’s Bows a household name for kid entrepreneurship and men’s accessories,” says Bridges. “Partnerships like this one will help me reach my goals of having a full clothing line by the time I graduate from college. It feels really good to know a major company like the NBA believes in me and my vision to shake up the world through fashion,” he adds.

We should keep an eye out for more big news from this young man, who clearly has his ducks in a row.
