Carolina Panthers offensive tackle Michael Oher has been accused of assaulting an Uber driver in Tennessee according to Nashville Police, via wsoctv.com.

He has been cited with misdemeanor assault.

Oher is currently still officially in the NFL’s concussion protocol after suffering a concussion in September of 2016. He’s been a member of the Panthers since 2015 when he signed a two-year deal. Last year he inked a three-year extension following a very successful 2015 campaign in which he helped Carolina reach Super Bowl 50.

The Blind Side subject has started 110 games over the course of his eight-year career, spent with the Baltimore Ravens, Tennessee Titans and Panthers.
