The incident in question should be worrisome to anyone who cares about Kouandjio. He was found by police, partially clothed, after climbing an electric fence and reportedly told police to “shoot me.”
The Bills released a statement on the matter.
“We are aware of the matter involving Cyrus and are carefully monitoring his condition and gathering more information,” the Bills said in a statement. “We don’t have all of the details, so we won’t have any further comment at this time.”
The circumstances surrounding this entire thing are very strange. We’ll pass along more details as the become available.
