Youngsters should know this. Don’t go about your normal business routine on April Fool’s Day. That’s only magnified when we’re talking about professional sports, where pranks have become more prevalent than ever before.

Apparently, young members of the Toronto Raptors did not get this memo on Saturday.

The end result? Veteran forward Patrick Patterson decided to give them their own memos. Sticky ones.

Yes, that’s a car filled with sticky notes and a simple message to young Raptors players.

“Loser.”

Only one member of the Raptors knew what was likely coming from Patterson and decided not to drive his car to work on Saturday.

“Gotta be smart guys,” rookie Jakob Poeltl told his teammates, via CBS Sports. “Don’t drive to work on April Fool’s Day. Pat will get you. Gotta outsmart him.”

This is some next-level stuff from Patterson here. Whether he’s the one that actually went through all the hard work remains to be seen.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if he made one of the other young Raptors players troll their teammates. Heck, maybe it was Poeltl considering he was the one that avoided the prank itself.
