Penguins fan was stabbed in the head with a screwdriver but stayed to finish watching the game

A Pittsburgh Penguins fan was stabbed in the head Wednesday night during the game against the Columbus Blue Jackets in the first round of the NHL playoffs. Unbelievably, the fan was so locked into watching his team that he refused to go to the hospital until after the game had concluded.

Colin Dunlap of CBS Pittsburgh provided the stunning details.

For many, hockey is life.

For this 43-year-old male, nothing is more important than watching his team play. Thankfully for him, the Penguins won, 3-1, taking a 1-0 lead in the series.
