Alfred Blue’s car discovered in Louisiana swamp

Alfred Blue

Houston Texans running back Alfred Blue isn’t implicated, but his car somehow made its way into a Louisiana swamp on Monday, per TMZ Sports.

“… cops and a tow truck responded to Highway 90 in Des Allemands around 9 AM after a single car collision. One witness tells us, ‘The car was in the water. ‘Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports the NFL player is the owner of the car — but he was NOT driving during the incident and was not present during the crash.”

It’s unclear who was driving Blue’s Chevrolet Camaro or how in the world it ended up in the water. Cops told TMZ that nobody has been arrested and thankfully nobody was hurt in this incident.

What we do know is that Blue will need a new car after this snafu.

Heading into his fourth year as a pro out of LSU, the Louisiana native is a key backup for the Texans who has tallied 1,908 yards and seven touchdowns in his first three seasons.
