Richie Incognito approves of new HC’s decision to remove pool tables

After two middling seasons and winning a total of just 15 games, former Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan was swept out the door.

Also on the outs in Western New York is the team’s pool table and other games which were housed in the locker room (more on that here).

The Bills are in rebuild mode now with new head coach Sean McDermott, who is clearly trying to change the culture of the organization. Sticking up for his new coach, offensive guard Richie Incognito defended the move.

“We’re here to win football. We’re not here to play pool, Incognito said per TMZ Sports.”

The pool table is reportedly going to be auctioned off. Incognito views McDermott changes as “setting the tone early.”

He seems enthusiastic to get back to work. Not surprisingly, he failed to drop any names when he was asked about any players he would like to see the team add in free agency.

The Bills have not seen the postseason since 1999, and that was nine head coaches ago. Perhaps removing the pool table and other types of distracting devices can help get the Bills back on course in 2017.
