Tre'Von Armstead

Former Baylor star tight end Tre’Von Armstead, who has been connected to the school’s rape investigations, was arrested in Las Vegas Monday morning after police reportedly saw him shove a woman. Then, chaos ensued.

“…Armstead found himself in trouble again … when police officers say they watched the 6’6″, 280 pound tight end push a woman in front of The Cromwell Hotel,” TMZ Sports reported. “Law enforcement sources tell us officers confronted Armstead and tried to arrest him but he resisted. When they finally put him into the police car, we’re told he kicked out the back window.”

Per the report, Armstead was booked for battery domestic violence, resisting arrest and damaging a police car.

Armstead was dismissed from Baylor back in 2015 for what the team deemed a “violation of team rules.”
