The FBI recovered Tom Brady’s Super Bowl jersey in Mexico, which had been missing since the night of the big game. While that may be exciting to some, others view the involvement of the FBI as a ridiculous waste of resources. It seems we can count new San Francisco 49ers receiver Pierre Garcon among them.
As referenced by Garcon, legendary rappers Tupac Shakur and Christopher George Latore Wallace, aka The Notorious B.I.G. and Biggie Smalls, were both gunned down in public. Yet their killers were never found.
Though it’s only inferred here, it seems like Garcon is indicating the FBI was far more concerned with finding a stolen jersey than the people responsible for murdering those two men.
