LeBron James inspired C.J. Anderson to treat family to big-money vacation

C.J. Anderson

Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson is living out his offseason in grand style. He took a pretty big chunk of his NFL salary to foot the bill for a large family vacation to Hawaii, complete with a private jet.

He says his inspiration comes from Cleveland Cavaliers star, LeBron James who often treats his family to nice gifts.

Anderson explained the importance of the trip.

“My mom and grandmother deserve it. All the things they have done for me, this trip was for them. I’m excited I can use my money in a positive way, Anderson said, via TMZ Sports.”

Not only did the trip include his mom and grandma, Anderson paid for a total of 12 people to fly to Honolulu. He is covering all expenses, including helicopter tour rides. Anderson declined to comment on exactly what the trip to Hawaii cost, claiming money was not an issue, per TMZ.

Anderson is on the mend from a knee surgery he had last October. We are glad to see that he appears to be healthy and is going to enjoy spending precious time with his family.

Hopefully he will be on track to participate in organized team activities when they resume later this spring.
