Jeffrey Sandusky, son of Jerry Sandusky, arrested on charges of child sexual abuse

Jeffrey Sandusky was arrested by Pennsylvania  State Police on charges of child sexual abuse and arraigned on these charges Monday morning, per Mallory Lane of wearecentralpa.com.

The arrest stems from an investigation that started in November of last year. According to the report, Sandusky asked a child to send naked pictures via text message. Sandusky was reportedly dating the child’s mother and resided in her residence for roughly five years.

The text messages Sandusky sent to the child were shown to the child’s father, who then took the evidence to police, per the report. Additionally, a second child is alleged to have been sexually abused by Sandusky back in 2013.

Sandusky is the adopted son of convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky, whose actions shocked the nation when it was discovered he had been molesting boys for years during his tenure as a football coach at Penn State.

Jeffrey Sandusky’s bail was set at $200,000, and he is forbidden to come into contact with any minors, per the report.
