Jerry Jones: Cowboys have ‘significant advantage’ at home that is ‘priceless’

Jerry Jones

The Dallas Cowboys played so remarkably all season it earned them the privilege of playing at their home field throughout the playoffs. This brings the Green Bay Packers out of the comfort of their home stadium to square off on Sunday.

The fact that the Cowboys are at home is certainly a positive. It would appear that owner Jerry Jones, in particular, thinks having home field advantage is huge.

The Cowboys could definitely use any advantage that helps them out, playing against Aaron Rodgers’ loaded offense. However, Rodgers has his own take on what he thinks will give his team a leg up (more on that here).

If anyone knows about postseason experience in this matchup it is Rodgers. He has started in 14 playoff games and is a Super Bowl Champion.

The Cowboys are obviously starting a rookie quarterback, which will make for some must-see television. Going for Prescott is he played far superior then several seasoned starters in 2016. He is definitely not your average rookie — something Jones touched on earlier this week.

We shall see soon enough if Jones’ Cowboys can light it up at AT&T Stadium and turn the tables on one of the league’s better playoff teams.
