WATCH: Steph Curry and Kevin Durant connect on absurd alley-pop

Kevin Durant

There’s no real way to explain with words what the Golden State Warriors are doing to the Indiana Pacers on Monday night. It started with Klay Thompson dropping 40 points in the first half en route to an 80-50 Warriors lead.

Then in the third quarter with the game out of hand, MVP’s Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant connected on one of the most-absurd alley-oops you will ever see.

You have to watch it to believe it.

Yes, that’s the Warriors connecting on an alley-oop on a play where the ball traveled near the length of the court without ever hitting the hardwood.

At 17-3 on the season, Golden State boasts the best record in the NBA. But much to the chagrin of the rest of the Association, it appears the team is just now rounding into form. That’s a scary proposition. And this one play is a prime example of that.
