The Arizona Cardinals are in desperation mode Sunday in Miami against the Dolphins, and receiver J.J. Nelson delivered in a huge way early.
Down 7-0 in the first quarter, Nelson got the Cardinals on the board on an end around he took 56 yards for pay dirt.

Blazing past every defenders, Nelson’s ridiculous speed was on full display here. Unfortunately Arizona failed to tie the game when kicker Chandler Catanzaro shanked the extra point.
The Cardinals will likely need more huge plays to win this game, as Carson Palmer remains inconsistent, having already thrown an interception in this one.
