In less than shocking news on Thursday, reports are surfacing that Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed is unlikely to play against the Arizona Cardinals Sunday.
This comes after he suffered a Grade 3 shoulder sprain Thanksgiving Day against the Dallas Cowboys.
Washington TE Jordan Reed, who suffered a shoulder injury last Thursday vs Dallas, is unlikely to play Sunday at Arizona, per sources.

Reed, the Redskins star tight end, was knocked out of the Cowboys game on a touchdown catch that saw him land full force on his shoulder.
In a surprising twist, Reed toughed it out and returned to the game before leaving again a short time later.
While his toughness should never be called into question, it would be better served in the long run for Reed to focus on his health.
Expect a surprising Vernon Davis to play a larger role in Reed’s absence. The former Pro Bowler has caught 31-of-37 targets for 450 yards thus far this season.
