In what might be the worst game of the NFL season, it’s only fitting that we’d get one of the season’s most bizarre penalties from the San Francisco 49ers and Chicago Bears.
After scooping up a blocked punt, Donta Johnson appeared to score a touchdown. Unfortunately, he had stepped out of bounds. But because the 49ers didn’t realize that, teammate Rashard Robinson started doing snow angels and was flagged for excessive celebration.

Interestingly enough, Randall Cobb and the Green Bay Packers had a similar celebration, but didn’t get flagged.

While San Francisco couldn’t score a touchdown on the ensuing possession, it did take a 3-0 lead on a Phil Dawson field goal.
