A woman has reportedly threatened Denver Broncos star Von Miller with the release of a tape of the two having sex. According to a report, Miller is trying to block the release.
“Lawyers for the 27-year-old athlete last week petitioned a Los Angeles judge to issue a restraining order barring Miller’s sex partner from selling or commercially exploiting the tape, which the Los Angeles woman filmed with her phone and reportedly offered to sell to Miller for $2.5 million,” a report from The Smoking Gun’s William Bastone said.
Miller is listed as “Doe” in the filings, with the statement from his lawyer saying that “Plantiff has received the highest honors, awards, and accolades available in his profession and is widely recognized as the world’s best at his job.” But per Bastone, Miller has been confirmed as the Plantiff.
The woman in question is Elizabeth Ruiz, a model who has over 300,000 followers on Instagram.
