We’re pretty certain Richard Sherman isn’t among the most popular sports figures in the city of Atlanta right now. While that could be said for the 31 other fan bases outside of Seattle, it takes on even more importance when it comes to Falcons fans.

Yes, that’s Sherman getting away with what seemed to be an obvious pass interference penalty late in the Seattle Seahawks’ win over the Falcons Sunday afternoon.
The situation in the game makes this even more difficult for fans in Atlanta to handle. It came on a fourth down pass with just over one minute left and the Falcons trailing by less than a field goal. Had the penalty been called, the Falcons could have set up for a likely game-winning field goal.
Some Falcons fans are handling the loss better than others. Meanwhile, some are absolutely freaking out.
The case study here would be this young girl, who pretty much seems to hate Richard Sherman.

That comes with the territory. Sometimes, being a diehard fan is tough business, especially after seeing your team lose in the manner the Falcons lost on Sunday.
Let’s hope she can get on with her life and not be stuck in the past. Atlanta still boasts a 4-2 record heading into Week 6. It could be worse, she could be a Cleveland Browns fan.
